Taylor founded Birch Mountain Ventures in 2020, to advise, build and invest alongside forward-thinking founders and teams. With almost a decade of experience in the private sector across the private banking, strategy and innovation consulting space, he catalyzes change through developing strategy that’s pragmatic, actionable and ambitious. Innovation without order is chaos and Taylor works alongside clients to ensure they set goals that are attainable and sustainable. Prior to BMV, he was a founding member and lead of Accenture’s Innovation Hub in New York City. Prior to that he worked in finance, leading corporate strategy around impact investing and digital transformation. Taylor launched SUPR, an environmental movement debuting at the 2020 super bowl in Miami, mobilizing fans to further single-use plastics reduction in sports. A strong believer in health and wellness, he owns and operates a private coaching company and serves on the advisory board of FEAST, a non-profit delivering nutrition and wellness education programs to marginalized communities across NYC and LA. Taylor serves as a guide for the Resolution Project, supporting minority entrepreneurs from around the world bring their impact initiatives to life, has worked with the U.S. State Department on their Global Entrepreneur Roundtable and is an active member of the Nexus Global community, leading delegations and speaking about using social and financial capital for good at the United Nations, White House and U.S. Institute for Peace. New York City is home although you’ll often find him exploring remote corners of the world. A good day for Taylor involves being by the ocean.
